Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

- Payment method: all in-app purchases (subscription and coin packs) are made through Google Play Billing.
- Subscriptions: they renew automatically for the chosen period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. To cancel: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ZELO Sport → Cancel. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription, so cancel it yourself in Google Play.
- Activation: purchases are activated automatically after Google Play confirms them.
- Refunds: refund requests are handled under Google Play's policy. You can request a refund from Google Play directly or email us at support@zelosport.net with your order number. When a purchase is refunded we may remove the items linked to it.
- Purchased coins: once used to send a gift or buy a shirt they cannot be recovered.
- Withdrawals: withdrawal terms are in the Terms of Use (section 6). Executed withdrawals are not covered by this refund policy because blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. Check the network (BEP20) and the address before you confirm.
