Terms of Use

1. Account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything that happens through your account.
• One account per person. Impersonating another person or team is prohibited.

2. Rules of conduct

• Harassment, insults, discrimination, threats, and hate speech are prohibited.
• Posting indecent or violent content, or content that infringes others' rights, is prohibited.
• Spam, advertising messages, and manipulation of rankings or gifts are prohibited.
• Creating fake accounts or staged support for any account is prohibited. We may reverse anything resulting from it and suspend the account.
• We may suspend accounts or remove violating content when necessary.

3. Content

You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a limited license to display it in the app to run the service. You are responsible for what you post. You can report any post or block any user inside the app.

4. Predictions

• Participating in predictions is free. No payment is required to enter, and paid items are not used in predictions.
• ZELO points are granted under the rules shown in the app. They are in-app points that cannot be cashed out or converted to cryptocurrency.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction or result, and predictions are not financial or investment advice.

5. Coins, gifts, and shirts

• You can buy coins in the app through Google Play and use them to send gifts or buy shirts to support posts.
• Gifts received are converted to diamonds in the post owner's account under the rules shown in the app.
• Purchased coins cannot be cashed out. The app does not promise any profit or income.

6. Withdrawing diamonds

• An eligible account holder may request to withdraw their diamond balance in USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) to an external wallet they own.
• The minimum withdrawal, fees, and processing time are shown in the app before you confirm the request and may change.
• Withdrawals may require additional verification, and you are responsible for the correctness of your wallet address. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once executed.
• We may delay, refuse, or temporarily suspend withdrawals when we suspect fraud or a violation of these terms, or for security or legal reasons, and will tell you the reason where possible.
• You are responsible for any tax or legal obligations that apply to you in your country.

7. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are made through Google Play and renew under Google Play's terms until you cancel them in your Google Play subscription settings. See Payments & Refunds for details.

8. Availability

We try to keep the app available but do not guarantee it will never be interrupted. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

You can delete your account inside the app at any time. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms.

10. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from its use.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
